Remove a subject from a curriculum container
Removes the subject from this container. The subject itself stays in the institution’s subject catalogue. Only its membership of this container is removed.
404 if the container is unknown or the subject isn’t in it.
Optionally assert the owner with programCode and programYear, or specialisationCode and specialisationYear. Supply one pair, not both.
