# List assessment workflows

GET https://unsw-v6-dev.advance-uac.com/institution-api/institution/workflows

Every assessment process at least one of your programs is attached to. Use the `id` to read its steps. A program with no workflow does not accept applications — see /institution/programs/accepting-applications.

## Types

### WorkflowSummary

An assessment process one or more of your programs is attached to.

- `id` (string, optional)
- `name` (string, optional) — Names the process, e.g. "Generic Credit Assessment Workflow".
- `version` (integer, optional) — Increments when the process is re-authored. Attachments name a specific version, so an application keeps the one it started under.
- `status` (string, optional) — DRAFT or PUBLISHED. Only a published workflow runs.
- `description` (string, optional)
- `programCount` (integer, optional) — How many of YOUR programs use it. Distinct programs, not attachment rows — one program attached for several cohort years counts once.
- `stepCount` (integer, optional) — How many steps the process has.
